Details: One of 500 is an episode, third-person, story-focused adventure game that takes the player on a journey of discovering the authentic world of Jesus of Nazareth and immersively experience the events, meaning and relevance of the Gospel in its historical and cultural context.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
I am a game design consultant for One of 500. 
As an external working from Brisbane (Australia), I've learnt to work within the constraints of being in a different timezone and acclimate myself to after hours meetings where communications required highly collaborative effort. These are well paid of when you know at the end of the day, high-quality work was delivered.
As with other game design projects, I am tasked with creating game design documents as well as reviewing and iterate on existing designs with the focus of translating the creative vision into a captivating and engaging play experience.
My consultation also includes recommendations for improving several aspects of the game based on playtesting and analysing existing internal demos.
I conceptualise and design key game systems, mechanics and features.
I define and answer new design questions that are being utilized into exploring the core design of the game.
I also create UI mockups and working protoypes for game design features that are closely interwoven with the interface and storytelling layers.
It has been an enjoyable season working with all the like-minded mates at Lightword Productions.
